Specializing in wind turbine design, manufacturing and energy production, our client is a rapidly growing pacesetter in the alternate energy arena. With the demand for efficient, green wind energy fueling significant growth, our client realized the need to outsource components of its hiring program. They turned to System One to help identify and place talent for its manufacturing facility as well as existing and emerging turbine sites.
In addition to domain knowledge and recruiting expertise, our client demand strong execution of logistics during the hiring and onboarding process. They couldn't afford to waste time getting new consultants up to speed and situated on site, nor to have individuals who weren't prepared to excel in this physically-demanding construction environment.
Hiring needs covered every stage of the engineering and production lifecycle, from budgeting and scheduling to installation and maintenance. Senior level managers and a host of skilled technicians needed to be brought on board quickly.
In partnership with the client, System One developed a start-to-finish staffing program encompassing sourcing, screening and training.
